Off-beat story of dance and romance in Syncopation
A smash-hit fusion of comedy, drama, romance and ballroom dancing, Syncopation is the next sensational production in GPAC's 2012 Alcoa Theatre Season in partnership with Deakin University.This heart-warming production is choreographed by Dancing with the Stars' Mark Hodge, under the direction of Broadway's Tony Award-nominated Stephen Lloyd Helper.

The GPAC Trust and staff are delighted by today’s State Budget announcement of $2 million to support urgent and critical works, along with an additional $200,000 in annual operational funding.

Children’s classic comes to life on stage for a new generation
Young audiences are invited to enter the fantastic world of Beatrix Potter with Happy Birthday Peter Rabbit, marking 110 years of the popular children's character. Presented as part of GPAC's Family Magic program, this mischievous new musical from the producers of Possum Magic, Wombat Stew and My Grandma Lived in Gooligulch will delight all ages.

Medimime presents

The Grinch

Medimime Productions Inc. is proud to present "The Grinch", a modern pantomime based on the Dr Seuss story "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas."

Bitter and twisted after being exiled from Whoville, The Grinch is determined to ruin Christmas and blame it all on Santa. The Mayor of Whoville, Aunty Nora, Annie and Colin try to save the day with the help of Santa and his Elves, and the Snow Queen and her Imps. Or, perhaps it will be sweet little Polly Watt"s kindness that will melt the Grinch's frosty heart?

The show is suitable for the whole family and features a mix of modern and well known music, dancing and comedy.

Proceeds will be donated to Barwon Health's Community Rehabilitation Facility.
