Off-beat story of dance and romance in Syncopation
A smash-hit fusion of comedy, drama, romance and ballroom dancing, Syncopation is the next sensational production in GPAC's 2012 Alcoa Theatre Season in partnership with Deakin University.This heart-warming production is choreographed by Dancing with the Stars' Mark Hodge, under the direction of Broadway's Tony Award-nominated Stephen Lloyd Helper.

Children’s classic comes to life on stage for a new generation
Young audiences are invited to enter the fantastic world of Beatrix Potter with Happy Birthday Peter Rabbit, marking 110 years of the popular children's character. Presented as part of GPAC's Family Magic program, this mischievous new musical from the producers of Possum Magic, Wombat Stew and My Grandma Lived in Gooligulch will delight all ages.

Featuring 3 singers backed by keyboards and drums, you will hear 40s tunes from the Andrews Sisters through the sixties to Aretha Franklin and Motown sounds.

Renowned for their infectious rhythms, superb harmonies and toe-tapping tunes, Soul Sister Swing have performed all over Australia along with TV appearances.

Appearing for the first time at Music in the Gardens.
