Off-beat story of dance and romance in Syncopation
A smash-hit fusion of comedy, drama, romance and ballroom dancing, Syncopation is the next sensational production in GPAC's 2012 Alcoa Theatre Season in partnership with Deakin University.This heart-warming production is choreographed by Dancing with the Stars' Mark Hodge, under the direction of Broadway's Tony Award-nominated Stephen Lloyd Helper.

Children’s classic comes to life on stage for a new generation
Young audiences are invited to enter the fantastic world of Beatrix Potter with Happy Birthday Peter Rabbit, marking 110 years of the popular children's character. Presented as part of GPAC's Family Magic program, this mischievous new musical from the producers of Possum Magic, Wombat Stew and My Grandma Lived in Gooligulch will delight all ages.

Showdance 10 - TRIBUTE

VAMPIRES. ANGELS. FRILLED LIZARDS. ROCKSTARS. AFL.

Parallax Dance Company invites everyone to their end-of-the-year production,TRIBUTE, showcasing their versatility at the Playhouse Theatre, Geelong Performing Arts Centre, on the 9th of December (Thursday), 7.30pm.

The 2-hour dance spectacle will pay TRIBUTE to feminism, Christmas, the 60's and 70's, sports and fashion, the television & movies, and MORE.

Choreography and Artistic Direction by Jordan Punsalang. Additional works from Jaimi Jakubowski, Tony Wasley, and Margaret Kokrehlj.

Once again, the show promises to entertain and to put the audience in an emotional roller-coaster ride!

It will be a night of good music, lovely songs, and fabulous dancing from Geelong's most versatile and finest dance ensemble – Parallax Dance Company.
