Off-beat story of dance and romance in Syncopation
A smash-hit fusion of comedy, drama, romance and ballroom dancing, Syncopation is the next sensational production in GPAC's 2012 Alcoa Theatre Season in partnership with Deakin University.This heart-warming production is choreographed by Dancing with the Stars' Mark Hodge, under the direction of Broadway's Tony Award-nominated Stephen Lloyd Helper.

Children’s classic comes to life on stage for a new generation
Young audiences are invited to enter the fantastic world of Beatrix Potter with Happy Birthday Peter Rabbit, marking 110 years of the popular children's character. Presented as part of GPAC's Family Magic program, this mischievous new musical from the producers of Possum Magic, Wombat Stew and My Grandma Lived in Gooligulch will delight all ages.

Geelong Dance Showcase Extravaganza

Without a doubt the highlight of the 2010 splash!dance Festival for local dancers will be the Showcases. In 2010 the former Junior Showcase and the Geelong Dance Showcase will be presented as a combined 'Geelong Dance Showcase Extravaganza' on Sunday 4th July in the GPAC Playhouse. Juniors to 14 years will present items in the first half and the open age will be the second half of the concert.
