Geelong Lyric Theatre Society is proud to once again present one of the world's most critically acclaimed musicals, Fiddler on the Roof, in Deakin University's magnificent Costa Hall for the very first time.
Winner of 9 of the 10 Tony awards it was nominated for when premiering on Broadway , Fiddler on the Roof is based on Sholem Alechem's tale of Tevye, a simple Jewish milkman and his family's struggle for survival during uncertain times in Russia at beginning of the 20th century.
