Melbourne Theatre Company presents

Songs for Nobodies

Remarkable women. In Joanna Murray-Smith's Songs for Nobodies we meet five anonymous women whose brushes with fame had a profound effect on their lives, interleaved with the songs that gave them heart. The singer has her story and the listener hers, and when these stories touch each other, there is magic. Share encounters with great singers such as Edith Piaf and Judy Garland in this compelling production featuring the remarkable songstress Bernadette Robinson.

Director: Simon Phillips
